At Hellenic American Academy, students study math, science, English and social studies, as well as Greek language, music and art. Each year there are a number of events that celebrate the school’s Greek heritage and students’ academic achievements.
Policy on Entrance Age
- Children who will be five years of age by August 31st of the year during which they wish to enroll will be eligible to enter kindergarten at the start of the school year in late August or September.Readiness of the child could be a determining factor.
- Initial admission of children to first grade (or other grades) will involve a consideration of both chronological age and the readiness of children to do the work.
