Hellenic American Academy offers Before School program for enrolled students in grades Pre-K to 6 grade.
The Before School program is coordinated by Hellenic American Academy teachers. It is operated separately from the school and funded by fees collected for participating in the program. Fees collected from the program are used to subsidize the programs.
Payments must be made in advance for this program. Checks should be made payable to: Hellenic American Academy. Please contact the main office with any questions at 978-453-5422.
A $40 Registration Fee per student must be submitted prior to starting this program.
To enroll your child/ren, complete and submit the registration form above. If the information changes throughout the year, please notify the main office.
Before-school hours: 7 – 7:30 AM on school days Cost: $5/day
After-school hours: 3 – 6 PM on school days Cost $15 per day, 3-4 PM only $5 per day
Drop-In services (notify the school up until the same day that after school care is needed) $25 per day
$1/minute late after the first 5 minutes late, to be payable at pickup. Emergency contact will be called after 30 minutes. If fees are not paid in advance, the drop-in rate of $25 per day will be charged. If your child is absent from school, you may request a credit for the following pay period.
